Description:
Fall program that spends one month in Istanbul and the remainder of the semester in Ankara. Initial month includes Turkish language instruction and a core course on Turkish culture and history. In Ankara, core course continues and other classes are direct enrollment at Bilkent University and Middle East Technical University. All classes are in English. On-site director leads core course.
Highlights:
One month in Istanbul; field trip to major sites in Western Turkey such as Efes, Gallipoli, Troy and Pergamon. Easy access from Ankara to other major sites in Turkey and beyond.
