Description:
This 14 week fall university study abroad program was designed especially for students who are interested to combine Spanish language classes with university level courses related to Spanish politics and Mediterranean history, society and culture. All university courses are offered in English. Additionally, a variety of cultural field trips, visits and hand-on experiences as well as a weekend excursion to Madrid are included in the program. Students will have many different opportunities to experience one of the most vibrant region of Spain.
Highlights:
This study abroad program is based in Barcelona and offered in cooperation with the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. All university courses are offered in English. A variety of cultural field trips, visits and hand-on experiences as well as a weekend excursion to Madrid are included in the program. Credits will be issued through the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

Cost Include Description:
* Airport pick up * Orientation and Welcome Dinner with your CEPA on-site coordinator * A CEPA on-site coordinator will meet and greet you on your arrival day and take you to your accommodation by public transportation. Your CEPA coordinator will be available for assistance during the duration of your program and will meet with you on a regular basis. * Spanish Language lessons (90 hours of lessons) * 3 Elective courses (45 hours of lecture each) * Grade certificate and 25 ECTS credits * Accommodation in a student apartment (shared) * Additional field trips and excursions (as described in the itinerary) * Weekend excursion to Madrid o Return flight or train ticket from Barcelona to Madrid o 2 nights in a youth hotel or 2 star hotel (shared accommodation) o Public transportation pass for the entire stay o Entrance to the Prado museum o Entrance and guided tour in English of the Palacio Real o Entrance to the Thyssen Bornemisza museum * Placement and final exam

* GPA: 2.75 or higher
* Sufficient English Language proficiency
* Be at least 18 years old and enrolled at a university before, during and after the program
