Description: The nutrition program of Mente Argentina offers you a unique experience in Buenos Aires; an experience in which you will acquire knowledge about eating healthily in a practical and fun way at the most renowned nutrition centers of Latin America, while visiting Buenos Aires and learning about its culture through different activities organized by Mente Argentina.

Depending on your time available and your objectives, you may choose between the following options:

    * The regular Nutrition & Health program which lasts 1 month.
    * The intensive Nutrition & Health program which lasts 2 weeks.

Once you start the program you will be assigned a nutritional coach who will be in charge of guiding and controlling you during your stay. Besides, we will introduce you to your personal trainer with whom you will work one on one to carry out some physical routines and do weightlifting.

On the second day of the program you will go to the medical center (one of the most important centers of the country) where you will have an interview with the coordinator of Mente Argentina so that we can know about your expectations and inform you about the program itself.

The Nutrition & Health center of Mente Argentina comprises a medical team with specialists in nutrition, massage and sports who will provide a personalized instruction. The aim is to adapt a program to your eating habits.

The program is aimed at energetic people who are willing to improve both their physical and mental health.
The final objective of the program is that you understand the concept and importance of leading a healthy life and how this boosts your physical and mental performance.

The aim of the program is not to help you reduce weight (if this is your objective, please see the DietClub program)

The center has several sites located in the most exclusive neighborhoods of the city of Buenos Aires, which provide an excellent infrastructure equipped with state-of-the-art technology as well as Pilates lessons, which are part of the program.
