Enrolled students will receive thorough pre-departure information about their destination city and university. For questions that may arise prior to arrival, we guarantee a clear, written response within 24 hours. Students enrolled in our programs can count on us for ongoing academic and personal support on-site throughout their stay. Our students and their families enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing that they are well looked-after and that their safety and security in Spain are our number one priority. 24 hour emergency assistance is available throughout the program. The mobile phone number of an ELE Asesores contact person will be provided to all participants. Students can count on ELE Asesores' academic liaison services with host universities to address any problems or concerns that may arise with classes, credit transfer, etc. Administrative support services, including registration in host university and processing/handling of final transcript certificates. Complete medical insurance coverage. On-site support for teachers accompanying customized groups to ensure fulfillment of academic goals.
