Description:
Students in Forest Ecology and Management can take courses in English within the fields of Sustainable use of Natural Resources, Crop Science, Animal Science, Horticulture, Agricultural Economics, and Rural Development while also participating in an internship in a local forest or on a farm. The Czech University of Life Sciences (CULS) is situated on a beautiful campus in the suburbs of Prague and is home to 11,000 students. Students will stay in on-campus dormitories. All rooms are shared, furnished and have access to a shared bathroom. Furniture includes two beds, a study area and a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and a hot plate. Bathrooms are shared between two rooms. Bed linens, including sheets, a comforter and a pillow are provided; however, you must arrange for your own dishes, pans, utensils and other kitchen supplies. All rooms also have internet access (for an extra fee), but do not have telephones. Each dormitory has laundry facilities. Resources for finding private apartments are available upon student request.
