Description:
Learn how these countries have been represented in the arts and how they are emerging in today's modern media. Study for three weeks at the University of Limerick in Ireland, followed by three or six weeks at Middlesex University in London, and earn 8 to 13 credits.
Highlights:
During the first three weeks in Ireland you will take courses taught by Limerick faculty on subjects like Visual Culture in Ireland 1400 to 1960 or Screening Ireland: Ireland in Film and Television. Not only will you get to know the city of Limerick, but you'll also visit Dublin and the West of Ireland during your stay. Next you're off to London (for three weeks or six weeks, your choice) where your studies may include European Cinema or Digital Filmmaking. Excursion will include Bath, Stonehenge, Windsor, Hampton Court, London's theater district, and a cruise on the River Thames.
