The University has an innovative 'Study Abroad plus Leadership and Service' program, which enables students to combine Service Learning and Leadership training with their standard study abroad program. Registration for this module is done in advance and a supplemental application is required. Further detail will be provided to those students interested in this unique opportunity. The program allows students to engage with local community groups, facilitating engagement with British life and society in a more direct way than is possible through academic study alone. The taught leadership element of the program helps students understand the importance of sustainable leadership that promotes environmental care, social justice and prosperity. U.S. University Transcript option is available through our School of Record, University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Participants of this program can attend the 3-4 day Bridging Cultures Program in London approximately 2-5 weeks after arrival. This pre-semester workshop blends lecture, adventure, and culture together for an informative and fun introduction to Europe. EuroLearn's London-based Resident Director offers 24-hour emergency support to all students upon arrival in Europe.
