CIS - Study at the University of Sunderland
England
- North East England:
Sunderland
Term: Academic Year, Fall, Spring
Dates: Fall: mid-September - mid-December; Spring: late January - late June
Description:
One of the most wonderful attributes of England is its broad appeal to all types of people. If the rush of London is not appealing, then perhaps the countryside with its national and country parks and 600 miles of coastline will be more to your liking. The country has always attracted students who are drawn by its varied landscapes, rich history, curious customs and world-recognized education system.
Highlights:
The University of Sunderland is a modern university, at the heart of a vibrant city to the northeast of England. Because of the compact nature of the city of Sunderland, you are only minutes away from the center and either of the two main campuses, St. Peter's and Chester Road. The facilities at Sunderland are as modern as any in England; the University is leading the way in the integration of high tech communication into academic coursework. At Sunderland you will find support services to assist your adjustment to English life. There is a dedicated Study Abroad Coordinator who will serve as your contact during your study abroad experience and arrange your registration, accommodation, as well as assisting with any other needs you might have.
