Description: The Postgraduate Diploma Program (PGD) is designed for candidates who have already completed a Bachelor Degree in any discipline or who have at least 3 years work experience at a supervisory level and wish to build a career in the hospitality industry.

PGD in Hotel Operations Management
The PGD in Hotel Operations Management is designed to meet the needs of applicants considering entry into operational positions within the hospitality industry. This comprehensive program provides graduates with a broad practical understanding of hotel operations management.

Subjects include
* food and beverage management
* service theory & practise
* front office management
* managerial accounting
* human resource management
* sales and marketing
* business communications.

Program Duration
5 months intensive full-time plus an optional 4 to 6 month internship.

Meals & Accommodation
Full board and accommodation included in the fees.

Bachelors degree in any discipline

PGD in Hotel Management
