Description: Offered in collaboration with our partner the University of Derby the Bachelor of Arts Degree is aimed at appropriately qualified students wishing to build upon their practical and vocational experience through the development of critical and analytical skills.

Three possible streams are proposed.

BA (Honours) in Hospitality Management
Subjects include:

* Risk management
* Delivering added value
* HRM and business strategy

BA (Honours) in Hospitality and Events Management
Subjects include:
* Public Relations and Electronic Marketing for events
* Strategic approaches to global events
* Managing cultural diversity
* Advanced consumer behavior
* Delivering added value
* Contemporary issues in the service delivery

BA (Honours) in Hospitality and Tourism Management
Subjects include:
* Managing cultural diversity
* Contemporary Issues in service delivery
* Management information systems for tourism
* Advanced consumer behavior
* Delivering added value

Programme Duration
5 months intensive full-time academic term, followed by 6 weeks distance-learning and preparation of dissertation.

Entry Requirements
* Higher Diploma in a relevant subject
* English level equivalent to TOEFL 525
