Description:
This 4 week summer university study abroad program is offered in cooperation with Humboldt University in Berlin and was designed especially for students who are interested to combine German language classes with university level courses related to German politics, history, society and culture. All university courses offered in a combination of German and English are possible. This unique and affordable study abroad experience offers a hands-on approach, that will allow students to not only improve their language skills, but also learn about German history and culture at the same time at one of Germany's top universities.
Highlights:
1 German language course 1 Culture course = 8 ECTS credits In addition, field trips, day excursions and even overnight excursions are all included in the program: * 3 day/2 night excursion to Munich which includes a round trip train ride or flight from Berlin to Munich, public transportation pass, shared accommodation at a youth hotel/hostel, breakfast, hop on hop off bus tour of Munich, entrance to the Deutsches Museum with public tour, dinner at a famous Bavarian brewery, tour of the English Garden. There will be plenty of additional free time for students to explore Munich on their own. * Tour through Berlin's popular Potsdam neighborhood * City tour of Berlin by boat on the Spree River * Visit the Reichstag (German Parliament) * Lecture and visit to the Jewish Museum * Tour of the Berlin Theater * Foreign films, cultural excursions and other events will also be organized

Cost Include Description:
* Airport pick up * Orientation and Welcome Dinner with your CEPA on-site coordinator * A CEPA on-site coordinator will meet and greet you on your arrival day and take you to your accommodation by public transportation.
