The primary purpose of this program is to provide participants with the opportunity to understand the phenomenon of globalization and its impact on the modern businesses. Globalization and changes in technology are reshaping the competitive landscape. Domestic companies are finding it increasingly difficult to succeed and survive against foreign competition. Globalization is gradually affecting more and more economic activities in the USA and generating the outsourcing of critical activities. This program will help students develop a first class experience to understand the phenomenon of globalization and its consequences on global competition and business organization's competitive advantage.
Highlights:
Zaragoza is only three hours away from Madrid by train and there are various attractions that are available there. Students will have the opportunity to visit many attractions and possibly travel to Madrid over a weekend. An integral part of the program revolves around visits to business organizations to meet with their top management and discuss relevant issues. Lectures from faculty at San Jorge University will also be scheduled.
