If so, CIS's program at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Beijing is for you! The UIBE is one of China's most modern and progressive universities, and it particularly excels in the hosting of international students. While attending the UIBE, you will be given the amazing opportunity to learn Mandarin Chinese with other international students, as well as study elective courses taught in English in a variety of subjects including International Studies, International Trade, Chinese Culture, and many more!
Highlights:
UIBE's academic year includes two semesters running from September to December and February to June. CIS students are required take 20 hours of Chinese language study per week (6 US credits), one Chinese culture course (3 US credits), plus one or two electives (3 or 6 US credits). Electives may be chosen from courses in the following subjects: International Trade and Economics, Finance and Banking, Business, Law, International Studies, and Public Administration, among others.
