Once you arrive, our Australia staff will lead an orientation program along the Mornington Peninsula and in Melbourne that will introduce you to the culture, history and politics of Australia as well as preparing you for the academic challenges of studying in a different educational system. During the semester, Arcadia's staff will plan excursions and activities designed to expand your understanding of Australian culture and help you integrate into university life. It's almost impossible to explain in words the educational and cultural experience that study abroad can be and Arcadia is there to help you get the most out of the experience. Credits Courses may be selected among various departments. You will earn the following hours of credit. * Fall, spring and summer semester: 16 credits. * Academic year: 32 credits. Outside the classroom you'll find that Bond's location on the Gold Coast is ideal for exploring the environment that makes Australia so unique.
