Description:
Ireland 2009 will, for the first time in the history of the Ireland Summer Abroad Program, spend time in Northern Ireland as well as in the south of the country. Based in Dublin and Belfast (two weeks in each), students will be able to explore all the major sites and cities -- Giant's Causeway, Glens of Antrim, Rathlin Island, Cliffs of Moher, Galway, Cork, etc.-- in an Ireland without borders. Courses offered: * ENL 149 (4 units) - Topics in Literature * NAC 198 (4 units) - Directed Group Study

Fees for Summer Abroad include the Summer Abroad Program Fee, Course Fee, and Accommodations and Activities Fee. The Accommodations and Activities Fee covers lodging, selected meals (if included), selected field trips, group accidental death & dismemberment and emergency health insurance, select publications, and additional program specific costs. Air fare is not included. All fees are subject to change.Fee Breakdown * UC Students - You are a UC student if you are currently enrolled at any of University of California main campuses: (UC Berkeley, UC Merced, UC Davis, UCSB, UCLA, UC San Diego, UC Santa Cruz, UC Irvine, UC Riverside, UCSF).
