Since 1950, IES Abroad has been building quality study abroad programs and introducing U.S. students to new places, studies, and ways of thinking. A non-profit educational organization, IES Abroad offers high academic standards and extensive financial aid in almost 80 programs throughout the world. Oxford is a quintessential English college town which offers students a vibrant intellectual and social life. Situated on the River Thames just 60 miles outside London, Oxford is a city of stone buildings and classic cloistered colleges which are integrated into the fabric of the town center. The city has an international feel because of the faculty and students from around the world who are attracted to live and work here. Oxford provides a unique academic experience for competitive and highly motivated students. Studying here provides a wonderful opportunity to experience a traditional teaching style with weekly tutorials.
