  Denmark
    Copenhagen

Term: Summer
Dates: Session 1 (May 22-Jun 12) and/or Session 2 (Jun 12-Jul 3)

Description: Focusing on children with special needs and children with non-Danish ethnic backgrounds, the courses investigate the Nordic concept of en god barndom (the good childhood) as practiced and implemented in Danish educational and childcare institutions. They will highlight Danish philosophy, theory and research as they relate to instructional practices in a Danish context.
