Description:
Designed for aspiring multi-media specialists and librarians, this program offers two classes that are appropriate for interested undergraduate students from any major as well as graduate students in the College of Information. Coursework examines theory, concepts and techniques, while using London as the subject matter on which practical projects are based. Students plan, design and create websites, podcasts, short films, digital photographs, brochures, and other multi-media presentations. Guest lectures by professionals from schools and information technology businesses provide an international perspective on current practices and career prospects.
