IFSA-Butler in Pembroke and King's Colleges, Cambridge University Summer Program
England
Term: Summer
Dates: July-August
Description:
The Cambridge summer program combines challenging academics with cultural experiences in one of the best universities in the world. The program is designed for American students, but instructors are regular Cambridge faculty who will teach in a distinctly "Cambridge" style and guide students toward in-depth knowledge of their subjects. Your program fee includes a weekend trip to London to let you take in the big-city sights. The first weekend after the program begins, you'll see a production at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and have the opportunity to visit some of the museums and galleries that help make London such a cultural hot spot. Back in Cambridge, you can enjoy a wide variety of activites and excursions organized by friendly resident advisors and teaching assistants. You can also take full advantage of all that the town of Cambridge has to offer, including punting, sports, barbecues and visits to restaurants, pubs, theatres, cinemas and art galleries.
