Jewelry Design in Scandinavia

Description: The Jewelry Design in Scandinavia program, developed in collaboration with Rhode Island School of Design and Copenhagen Technical Academy, teaches you the appropriate skills to realize your designs in a hands-on studio practice, from initial idea through creative process to finalized piece. A vital component of the program is exposure to critical thinking and analysis presently evolving in Scandinavia.

Jewelry Design in Scandinavia

Highlights: As part of the curriculum, students will go on a 10-day study tour to Sweden and other areas of Denmark outside of Copenhagen. Assignments, lectures, gallery and company visits, and inspiration from landscape, architecture, culture and contact with Scandinavian artists and designers will be part of the required study tour.
