Our school is located in the heart of Madrid in a 19th century palace with exceptional architectural features, and beside the Parliament, the Retiro Park, the Prado Museum, the Reina Sofía Modern Art Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Art Gallery. The school has 14 air-conditioned classrooms, a garden-courtyard, a multimedia room, library and catering area.

Highlights:
** TANDEM Academic Semester for university students:

Academic semester specially designed for universities and with direct credit transfer to American universities and colleges.

Two semesters: from September to December and from January to April. Every semester has 320 lessons: 240 language lessons, an optional 80 hours of two elective courses (Literature, History, Art, Current Affairs, Business Spanish, etc.).

5 courses (15 credits) or 4 courses (16 credits) in US universities and colleges.

Academic and personal tutoring. Open to all levels.

** Combined Academic Year TANDEM-UCLM. First semester at TANDEM:

Second semester at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Toledo Campus.

First academic semester at TANDEM with 320 lessons: 240 language classes, an optional 80 hours of elective courses + a second academic semester at the Toledo Campus of the University of Castilla-La Mancha, with 24 credits to choose from among the different subjects offered by the various departments on campus, as well as 65 hours of tutorials and conversation classes, tutoring and cultural program.

** Combined Academic Semester TANDEM-UCLM:

Intensive language preparation at TANDEM, 4/5 weeks of an intensive Spanish course during the month of January or September (4 credits) and cultural program, followed by an academic semester on the Toledo Campus of the University of Castilla-La Mancha, with 24 credits to choose from among the different courses offered by the various departments on campus, as well as 65 hours of tutorials, conversation classes, tutoring and cultural program.

   
** TANDEM Academic Semester with internship for university students:

Academic semester specially designed for universities. A unique opportunity to acquire work experience in a Spanish-speaking environment. With direct credit transfer to American universities and colleges.

Two semesters: from September to December and from January to April. Each semester has 120 lessons: 80 language lessons, an optional 40 hours of one elective course (Literature, History, Art, Current Affairs and Business Spanish). In addition, 280 hours of an internship in a company. Only for intermediate and advanced level students.

** TANDEM Academic Semester in Spanish / FL Teaching for university students:

Academic semester specially designed for students who are going to be Spanish/FL teachers and require specific theoretical and practical training, including seminars in the Communicative Method.

Two semesters: from September to December and from January to April. Each semester has 180 hours of intensive Spanish, 60 hours of teacher training seminars, 20 hours of observation and 2 projects.
