Description: Expanish provides a unique cultural immersion program for Spanish language studies during the month of January. Students attend the Universidad de Belgrano, a prominent private university in Buenos Aires, located in the illustrious and safe neighborhood of Belgrano.

Students can study for 4-weeks and take Spanish language courses with students from around the world at the following levels (please check our website for class syllabi):

* Beginner
* Intermediate I
* Intermediate II
* Advanced

In addition to courses, students attend weekly cultural activities, workshops with locals, weekend excursions to Iguazú Falls and Colonia, Uruguay, and the option of living with a local family or local students. Students can also have an "intercambio" to act as their language exchange partner. Participants also have the option of a volunteer placement with one of our partner non-profit organizations to supplement their classes.

Highlights: Expanish offers university students an unconventional approach to studying abroad in South America! We expand the student experience beyond just the classroom by providing local cultural integration through volunteering, internships, fun workshops, weekend excursions, homestays, and daily activities with native South Americans outside of the traditional collegiate setting. Expanish offers a variety of programs for university students wishing to study for a few weeks up through a full year abroad.
