The Summer in Belize: Anthropology program is a short introduction to the issues, challenges and opportunities raised by the economic development of a developing multi-cultural nation. Belize is both a pristine country pondering the correct development route and a true melting pot of cultures. The goal of this program is to gain an understanding of the interactions of various cultures and the issues involved in sustainable development, as well as to improve intercultural competencies.
