Description:
The Dresden Science Program is a one-semester program, ideally suited for first-semester sophomores. The program does not require any prior knowledge of German; science courses are taught in English by BU affiliated German faculty at the Technische Universitat Dresden (TUD). Students in chemistry, biology, biochemistry/molecular biology, and pre-med tracks have a unique opportunity to study abroad in their field while working toward their degrees. Offered fall semester only.

The Technische Universität Dresden (TUD), the largest university in the German state of Saxony, is well renowned as an institution of science and technology. Since German reunification, TUD now incorporates a full array of humanities, social science, and pure science departments.
