The university is surrounded by the beautiful hills on the edge of Guayaquil and are students are fully integrated with international and Ecuadorian students, though can still take courses for their majors in English. Students live with local homestay families, further helping their language skills and to learn more about Ecuadorian culture. Located near the Pacific Ocean on the Guayas River, Guayaquil has plenty to see and do. Hop a short flight to the Galapagos Islands or Quito for a weekend trip. Ecuador is a land of dense rainforests, breathtaking Andean mountain ranges, picturesque beaches and a vibrant Latin American culture. In addition, the warm and friendly people make the Ecuadorian experience unforgettable!
