For students whose future careers require proficiency in Spanish, there is no better way to learn than by immersing yourself in the language and culture of the Republic of Panama. Spanish has become the United States' most widely used second language, prevalent in such areas as education, social work, and the health and legal professions. Based at the FSU-Panama campus, this program offers elementary, intermediate, and advanced Spanish language and culture classes that afford students the opportunity to sharpen their language skills while experiencing the vibrant Panamanian culture.
