Description:
Semester and year-long, experiential programs in language, culture and independent study. The program includes seminars, internships, extensive field trips to Northern India and Nepal, and guest lectures. All of this is designed to immerse the student in Indian culture and history. Courses offered both semesters: Hindi Language, Globalization in India, Sustainable Development & Social Justice, Theory, Culture & Representation, Yoga and Independent Study. Additional Spring courses: Global Health and Healing Traditions, Tibet in Exile, Reiki (energy healing).
