Description:
In Ghana, it is believed that every person is endowed with the 'gift of splendor' from God. This gift of splendor is called Enyimnyam and is translated as the 'radiance' of the face. 'Enyimnyam' forms a crucial aspect of one's destiny and is thought to be a blue print of the soul's capacity for success. Through Enyimnyam students will have the personal and spiritual experience of a lifetime while visiting historic and significant sites and monuments, sacred shrines, festivals and ceremonies, traditional medical practitioners and research centers, kente weavers, stool carving villages and enjoy excellent Afrikan cuisine. Students will also experience the 'radiance of the face' through specially arranged opportunities to share their skills and expertise with Africa.
