Description:
The goal of this program is to Acquaint LMU students with the country of New Zealand, and the specific religious issues involved in indigenous affairs. One of the most important aspects of an experience in New Zealand is for foreign students to begin to consider the significance of small countries, and the specific issues faced by them in their development, economy and history.
Highlights:
Classes will be held at The University of Auckland, one of New Zealand's two preeminent research-led Universities. Established in 1883, it has grown into an international centre of learning and academic excellence. In addition to courses, there are four excursions planned for the New Zealand Seminar; they include: Bay of Islands/Treaty of Waitangi, Rotorura, Wellington, and Gisborne.
