GSE at University of Paris IV (La Sorbonne) - French Language and Culture Program

Highlights: As one of the most prestigious academic institutions in the world, the Sorbonne has a long and proud history of excellence. Originally founded in 1253 as a school of theology, today the Sorbonne offers courses in nearly every discipline and is spread across several campuses. GSE students will attend courses at the Sorbonne's central campus offered by the Cours de Civilisation Francaise de la Sorbonne. For over seven centuries the Sorbonne's central campus has stood in the same location of the Latin Quarter, within short walking distance from the Seine River, the famed Notre Dame Cathedral, and hundreds of other breath taking sights.
