Description: DAAD offers doctoral degree students the opportunity to compete for the prestigious DAAD fellowships for research or the pursuit of a doctoral degree in Germany.

Highlights: Research Grants are for 10 months. Doctoral candidates may propose research for shorter periods, from one to ten months.
Those wishing to pursue a doctorate degree in Germany may receive up to three one-year extensions.
