Description: The Arcadia University Center for Education Abroad can help you achieve an incomparable study abroad experience at the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUI, Galway), an institution that offers a wide range of subjects in the richly historic and vibrant city of Galway.

You'll find an extensive variety of course offerings in the humanities, sciences, business, engineering and law. You can choose the courses that match your academic and personal interests, as well as study alongside Irish students.

Credits

Courses may be selected among various departments. You will earn the following hours of credit.
* Fall and spring semester: 15 credits.
* Academic year: 30 credits.

Admission Requirements

GPA Requirements: 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

You must be in good academic standing and not on disciplinary probation. You need to submit a complete application including a transcript, letter of recommendation, and an advisor's form before your application will be considered.

Once you arrive in Ireland, our resident director will lead an orientation program in Dublin that will introduce you to the culture, history and politics of Ireland as well as preparing you for the academic challenges of studying in a different educational system.
