The Arcadia University Center for Education Abroad can help you achieve an incomparable study abroad experience at the University of Wollongong, an institution situated on the forested lower slopes of Mt. Keira with views to the Pacific Ocean. Besides boasting a beautiful 200-acre campus that is set amidst lush grounds and tranquil ponds and waterfalls, the University features comprehensive subject offerings and highly personalized study environment. Credits Courses may be selected among various departments. You will earn the following hours of credit. * Fall and spring semester: 16 credits. * Academic year: 32 credits. Admission Requirements GPA Requirements: 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale. You must be in good academic standing and not on disciplinary probation. You need to submit a complete application including a transcript, letter of recommendation, and an advisor's form before your application will be considered.

Orientation and Cultural Programs An Arcadia program isn't just about enrolling you in an overseas institution however. It's about all of the services we provide. Before you go, you can contact our program manager for advice on the application process, choosing courses, or simply what you should pack. Once you arrive, our Australia staff will lead an orientation program along the Mornington Peninsula and in Melbourne that will introduce you to the culture, history and politics of Australia as well as preparing you for the academic challenges of studying in a different educational system. During the semester, Arcadia's staff will plan excursions and activities designed to expand your understanding of Australian culture and help you integrate into university life. It's almost impossible to explain in words the educational and cultural experience that study abroad can be and Arcadia is there to help you get the most out of the experience.
