Term: Academic Year, Fall, Spring, Summer 

Description: This program offers a wide selection of courses, an international student body enrolled at the host institution, internship placement and supervision, centrally located housing (in dorms), cultural activities and included excursions, and a small group of KEI students on the program. Graduate and undergraduate courses available. Located in the vibrant and cosmopolitan city of Dublin. Students are placed in internships, according to their interests. Internships are supervised by faculty from Griffith College Dublin.

Curriculum: This program emphasizes courses in Irish history, culture, socio-political studies, and economics. Courses are supplemented with professional visits and internships at local businesses and NGO's. The cultural component includes organized cultural activities and field trips in Ireland and Great Britain. Students can earn up to 16 college and graduate credits per term.

Irish Culture and Humanities

Highlights: Host Institution: Griffith College, established in 1974, is Ireland's premier (and largest) independent college. The College consists of five faculties; Business and Finance, Law, Computing Science, Journalism and Media Communications, and Design; offering undergraduate and graduate-level courses to 5,000 students from more than 50 countries. The college is known for its excellent academic standards, small class size, focus on professional development and expert professors. The school enjoys a strong national and a growing international reputation. Griffith College is housed in a series of historic buildings, located on a 7-acre campus, a 15-minute walk to the Dublin city center.

Living: Students live in dorms, located in the central district of Dublin.

Excursions: The program includes excursions in Dublin, Ireland, Northern Ireland and in Great Britain.

    KEI programs in Dublin include college and/or graduate credit, internship placement and supervision, centrally-located accommodations, comprehensive medical/travel insurance, On-Site Coordinator, orientation, airport welcome and transfer, mobile phone and access to Internet, and cultural excursions in Ireland, Northern Ireland and Great Britain.
