Description:
Students select from a wide offering of English-taught courses, and can also do an internship for credit. This program emphasizes courses in international travel and tourism, hospitality and hotel management, and food and beverage management. Courses in international business, marketing, finance, management, economics, foreign policy, commerce law, diplomacy and European relations, information systems, communications, public relations, e-business, and Spanish language (at all levels) are also available. Coursework is complemented with professional visits and optional internships at local businesses, governing bodies, and social agencies.

Host Institution: As one of Spain's leading independent international business schools, BBS is internationally renowned for its practical approach to contemporary business and management education. Through close lecturer-student contact and small groups of students in every class, BBS provides interactive teaching and quality academic programs to meet students' individual needs. Lecturers are drawn from around the world and bring with them considerable international business experience. Courses are based upon the case study method, and provide participants with a practical, hands-on problem solving approach to contemporary issues in their field(s) of study. Living: Students live in shared (furnished) apartments, located in the central district of Barcelona near the BBS campus. Excursions: The program includes excursions in Barcelona, Madrid, Toledo, Seville, and other destinations in Spain.
