Description: An exciting semester of experience-based study in the Twin Cities. Must focuses on issues of economy, education and welfare and how they affect urban problems like sprawl, segregation and race, class and gender discrimination. Field seminars as well as conversations with local leaders, educations and community organizers help to broaden the classroom experience.

Highlights: An internship placement is an essential part of the program. HECUA works with studnets to design an internship that meets personal learning goals and program themes.
