Description:
Students learn how the European Courts of Human Rights in Strasbourg deals with social and political issues: marriage, divorce, adoption, torture, fair trial, homosexuality, illegitimacy, and obscenity. They also examine the role of international organizations in resolving military conflicts.
Highlights:
Participants will have the opportunity to observe the European Court of Human Rights in action as well as participate in a "moot court" activity.
