Earn 12 credits studying intensive Italian language in Florence, a city that is a living museum filled with the works of famous painters, sculptors and architects. No previous knowledge of the Italian language is required. Italian language courses are offered at the beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels. A 2.5 GPA or better is required. Lorenzo de'Medici - The Art Institute of Florence, the host institution for the College Consortium for International Studies (CCIS) program in Rome, is located in the heart of Florence. Students live in furnished apartments with other US and international students. Apartments are equipped with kitchens and there is a wide selection of restaurants, pizzerias, and cafýs in the vicinity.
