Description:
Earn 12-16 credits studying Italian language and other courses in Venice, a city of 118 islands connected by 378 bridges. The program building is situated in the heart of Venice in a 16th century palazzo, off the beaten path of tourists. Italian language courses are offered at the beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels. The number of courses offered in English is limited, but students choose courses in the areas of history, sociology, arts, and regional humanities. The Venice Institute is the host institution for the College Consortium for International Studies (CCIS) program in Venice.
Highlights:
2.5 GPA required. No previous study of Italian language required. Freshmen to Seniors eligible.
