The course will be held in Italian with simultaneous translation into English. Fashion is a whim, an image and creativity, but also strategy, management and organization: elements which work in synergy and cannot be separated. The competitive milieu of the Fashion System has undergone considerable change over the last few years: the consumer has become more independent, informed and demanding; competition has become keener, more aggressive and more global; distribution has taken on a strategic connotation hitherto unknown. In order to be able to compete in this changed competitive sphere, specific management knowledge is required, enabling a coherent and winning marketing strategy to be devised. The aim of this course is to train the Fashion Marketing Manager, a vital figure in the growth of the fashion industry: the professional who applies and manages the strategies of the company in which he/she works, who prepares and implements the marketing plan, liaising closely with the company's Head Office and the Communications Manager.
Highlights:
This master prepares professionals who must be able to understand and interpret the economic macro-scenario, to forecast and analyze the changes which characterize the Fashion System, to assess the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, to segment and monitor the market. He/she is responsible for choosing a competitive position, which is distinctive and tenable, which enables the creation and reinforcement of brand familiarity and the attainment of more advantageous market, image and economic-financial results. This course offers students the possibility of measuring themselves against a professional reality and of developing the skills needed in the preparation of marketing plans, through the examination of the most significant case studies in this industry and with the realization of numerous design projects in collaboration with companies belonging to the sector.
