Description:
The host institution is the Chelsea School of Physical Education, Sports Science, Dance, and Leisure of the University of Brighton, England. Chelsea is located in Eastbourne, an attractive seaside city (population 100,000) on the south coast of England. Located in the district of East Sussex, Eastbourne is 25 miles from the historic town of Brighton, and 1 ½ hours by rail from London. These sister cities have good shopping facilities, theatres, cinemas, Victorian piers, and many excellent restaurants. Eastbourne has a pleasant climate, a varied and diversified cultural life, and good road and rail connections to London and Gatwick Airport. Its proximity to ferry and tunnel links to the continent make it an ideal base from which to explore Europe.
