The May Short Program is an opportunity for students interested in study abroad, to get a taste of life in Japan while earning college credit. Since it began in 1999, the May Short Program has welcomed a number of students from a variety of majors, ages, and backgrounds. No prior Japanese language study is required. The program runs the second and third week of May. Contact the JCMU office at Michigan State University or review the JCMU web site for details

Cost in US$: 1,500 USD
Cost Include Description:
The program fee for the May Short Program is 1500 USD, and includes: tuition (one course), course packets, health insurance, rent, and utility costs. Round-trip airfare is estimated at 1100 USD. Students will make their own flight arrangements within the program schedule, but JCMU will assign a recommended flight that will be met at the airport by JCMU staff.
