Marist College-Australian Internship Program

Term: Fall, Spring
Dates: 7/11- 11/9; 2/7- 6/15
Description:
Semester or academic year programs combined with homestay, internship, and course work at Australian Catholic University (ACU). Students take a total of 15 credits:
1) Foundation course: Australian Culture & Society (3 credits);
2) internship (6 credits);
3) Two elective courses (6 credits). * Students can also choose to only take courses and no internship.
Highlights:
Internships are arranged according to individual students' backgrounds and goals. Marist College transcript upon completion of program.
Degree Level: Bachelors Degree (Undergraduate)
Qualifications:
The program is open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors matriculated at an accredited U.S. college or university. Students must be in good academic standing and have appropriate study/work experience in the field in which they wish to intern. Applicants should have a minimum GPA of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale. The application requires an official transcript of all college-level work, two letters of recommendation, and an essay. Applications are available from the Marist International Programs office or online.
